The Yellow House SaliñaAs a Beauty Advisor Dior, you will combine excellent product knowledge & make-up skills, with an equal flair for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to work towards achieving sales targets.
Job responsibilities
- Work towards ensuring store sales targets are met
- Deliver excellent selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and spot checks
- Share ideas for delivering creative expertise, whilst working together as a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy store
Job requirements
- Education: Minimum high school education
- Languages: English & Spanish
- Cosmetic experience preferred
- Excellent communication, people & organizational skills
- Professional, team focused and fun attitude
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
