Penha Curacao AirportWe are looking for a on call Cashier to join our team at Curacao Airport.
Job responsibilities
- Enter transactions in the cash register in an accurate and timely manner and provide customers with the total bill
- Administer end of day bank reconciliation activities
- Count all cash, reconcile cash to the system and deposit cash accurately
- Escalate discrepancies to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Head Cashier
- Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to ensure that further errors do not happen
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions and advertisements
Job requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish, Papiamentu (Dutch is a plus)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work Mon – Sun morning/afternoon/night shifts and holidays
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
